My mission is to provide compassionate guidance to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and other personal and emotional struggles. In my approach to therapy, I emphasize the mind-body connection and the power of somatic awareness. Our bodies hold the imprint of our experiences, and by tuning into these physical sensations, we can uncover and release emotional patterns that may be holding you back. Through techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding exercises, we will work together to help you reconnect with your inner self, regulate your nervous system, and foster deeper healing.
